The NoteAI is owned and operated by localia.org - a developer team from Germany (referred to herein as "we", "us", or "our"). We take the protection of your personal data very seriously and will always offer you the NoteAI and its functionality with your privacy in mind.
You can use NoteAI after creating an account. When you create an account, we collect the following personal data from you: First name, Last name, Email address, Password (hashed and salted).
When you use NoteAI, we collect data about notes and conversations with our AI assistant. This data includes the title, content of your notes, your interactions with the AI assistant, and any other information you provide while using NoteAI.
The plugin stores credentials on your device to ensure a smooth user experience.
We will use mailgun to send you a confirmation email when you create an account.
We will send related notes and your prompts to OpenRouter servers to generate AI responses.
The NoteAI browser plugin is hosted on the Chrome Web Store and Mozilla Add-ons. When you download the plugin, your browser may send certain technical information to these platforms. Please refer to their respective privacy policies for more details.
